Intensified CCD(ICCD) is a night vision CCD device. It consists of a high performance image intensifier and a black & white CCD of CCIR type, which is coupled by fiber plate and taper directly. Compared with indirect coupling (optical lens combination), it has less attenuayion of photon communication, less geometry distortion, smaller dimension and other advantages. ICCD applies widely in long distance low-light-level TV system, surveillant and observation system, etc. in the field of army, public security, frontier defense, custom and nagvigation,etc.

ICCD adpots high performance image intensifier 1XZ18/18WHS(CNT-4 tech) and1/2"CCD（CCIR）or other type of CCD appointed by customers. The resolution,spectrum response and operation temperature of ICCD is decided corresponding by image intensifier resolutions CCD resolution together, photocathode of image intensifier and CCD video camera.
